1 What time is check-in/check-out?

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m., and check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

2 How will I receive check-in instructions?

Check-in instructions will be emailed to you on the day of your arrival. If you have not received your check-in instructions, please check your spam folder or call (608) 356-5050.

3 How can I book my stay?

You can register, pay for, and confirm your reservation quickly with our website’s online booking system.

5 Are linens and towels provided?

Yes, we provide linens and towels.

6 Are the properties non-smoking?

Yes, all of our properties are strictly non-smoking.

7 Are pets allowed?

Pets are not permitted unless it is a specified pet-friendly property and special arrangements have been made ahead of time.

8 Do you offer daily cleaning during my stay?

No, we clean and sanitize our properties before your arrival and after your departure.

9 Do you allow cancellations?

Yes, we allow cancellations and grant a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of booking. After that and until 7 days before check-in, we’ll only give a partial refund of 50% of every night, and there will be no service fee refund.

10 What do you provide in the kitchen?

We provide a refrigerator, microwave, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, dishwasher, gas stove, oven, hot water kettle, coffee maker, and blender.

11 Do you provide toiletries?

Yes, an initial set of toiletries is provided. After that, you must provide your own.
